Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

What data do we collect?

    When we process your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

    We securely store your data using Shopify.

    When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for three years, unless you ask us to delete this information earlier.

    Marketing

    From time to time we would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.

    If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

    You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please email us.

     

    Payment

    Our website is hosted by Shopify, an eCommerce platform. They provide us with  online e-commerce facilities that allows us to sell our products to you.

    Options on our website to make payments include Paypal, Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) and Bank Deposit. We do not see nor have access to your payment card details as these are handled by these third parties.  

    If you have made a purchase, your name, delivery address, email address and ‘phone number is stored in Shopify’s data storage which is only accessible by us. If you would like this removing after your order has been received, please contact us and we will delete this.

    If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
    All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
    PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
